Playtime

After Wednesday going so badly for me, I played last night :)

12 minute HIIT workout
Go for a walk
Get 5,000 steps -- 7,198
Drink 32 ounces of water -- 8 ozs
Eat one serving of vegetables or fruit -- had a banana with breakfast
Complete daily routines each day
Today's weekly chore list in the Livingroom & Diningroom:
Dust & polish furniture
Freshen fabrics
Sweep floors
Vacuum area rug

Laundry: lights & darks
