Lazy Memorial Day

My day didn't go anywhere as close as I had planned today. It ended up being a very lazy day.

12 minute HIIT workout
Go for a walk
Get 5,000 steps -- did even worse today, got 2,972 steps
Drink 32 ounces of water -- 40 ozs
Eat one serving of vegetables or fruit -- I had a banana and corn
Complete daily routines each day
Today's weekly chore list in the kitchen:
Sweep & mop floor
Scrub counters
Thorough wipe down of stove & refrigerator
Clean out refrigerator -- did get one shelf cleaned
Wipe down counter appliances
Re-organize one cabinet
Straighten silverware & utensil drawers
Put odds & ends away
