Dust baseboards
Sweep and mop the floor
Add your own personal touches to make it more welcoming

Porch:
Sweep down cobweb and spider webs
Sweep off porch furniture.
Sweep the porch.
Wipe off tables, banisters, and light fixtures.
Get rid of unwanted items.
