Menu Plan Monday


Monday:
Breakfast: Egg & cheese breakfast sandwich & fruit smoothie
Lunch: Leftovers & raw veggies with dip
Dinner: Hot dogs, Carrot salad & pickles

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal & hard-boiled egg
Lunch: Peanut butter & banana sandwich & yogurt
Dinner: Garlic & herb chicken, peas & brown & wild rice with broccoli & carrots

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Pumpkin muffins, eggs & fruit
Lunch: Popcorn chicken, raw veggie sticks with dip, fruit, muffin & applesauce
Dinner: Soup, dinner rolls & salad

Thursday:
Breakfast: Cinnamon rolls, eggs & corned beef hash
Dinner: Turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, broccoli salad, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls & mom is bringing dessert
There will be appetizers out all afternoon as well

Friday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal & fruit
Lunch: Egg salad sandwich & pickles
Dinner: Chicken quesadilla sandwiches & veggies

Saturday:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs & muffins
Lunch: Grilled turkey & cheese sandwich
Dinner: Take out

Sunday:
Breakfast: Fruit filled crepes & bacon
Lunch: Bagel with sliced turkey & cream cheese & fruit salad
Dinner: Pulled pork sandwiches, mashed potatoes, apple carrot coleslaw & pickles

Seeing your menu reminds me that I really should have planned out breakfasts and lunches for the rest of our week since my boys will be home from school. Your menu sounds really good!
