Menu Plan Monday


Monday
Breakfast: Pumpkin muffin & yogurt
Lunch: We may eat out since we have a meeting out of town at 10:30
Dinner: Tomato basil parmesan soup & salad

Tuesday
Breakfast: Oatmeal & fruit
Lunch: Marcaroni & cheese, veggies & fruit
Dinner: Panera's Frontega Chicken sandwich, chips & pickles

Wednesday
Breakfast: Cereal & fruit
Lunch: Cheese quesadillas, orange & carrot sticks
Dinner: White chipotle chicken chili, salad & cornbread

Thursday
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs & a smoothie
Lunch: Peanut butter banana smoothie, fruit & veggies
Dinner: Salisbury steak with onion gravy, mashed potatoes & corn

Friday
Breakfast: Pumpkin scone & fruit
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Basil chicken stir fry, rice & bread

Saturday
Breakfast: Pumpkin bread & fruit
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Oven baked chimichangas & salad

Sunday
Breakfast: Pumpkin coffee cake & fruit
Lunch: Husband will make
Dinner: Maraconi & cheese with hot dogs & corn
