Menu Plan Monday


Monday:
Breakfast: Pancakes & an orange
Lunch: Turkey wrap & yogurt
Dinner: Steak, parmesan potato wedges, salad & leftover brownies

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Chocolate chip bagel & an apple
Lunch: Egg salad sandwich & pickles
Dinner: Orange chicken & vegetable stir fry, rice & zucchini cake

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Pumpkin muffins, yogurt & fruit
Lunch: Tuna sandwich & an apple
Dinner: Spaghetti & meatballs, easy cheesy garlic bread, salad & leftover zucchini cake

Thursday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal & pears
Lunch: Carrot & cheddar sandwich & pineapple slices
Dinner: Chicken enchiladas, rice, corn & ice cream

Friday:
Breakfast: Mini apple pie & cheese
Lunch: Leftovers & raw veggies with dip
Dinner: Grilled parmesan shrimp, grilled veggie medley, rice & pudding

Saturday:
Breakfast: Cereal & fruit
Lunch: Turkey & apple quesadillas
Dinner: Bacon cheeseburger meatloaf, baked potatoes, broccoli in cheese sauce & chocolate cream pie

Sunday:
Breakfast: Smoothie & peanut butter honey toast
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Creamy bacon fettuccine, bread sticks, salad & leftover pie
