Monday:
Breakfast: Bacon, egg & tomato on wheat toast
Lunch: Salad with tuna
Dinner: Honey dijon chicken with steamed garlic parmesan broccoli
Snacks: Banana with peanut butter & a peanut butter smoothie
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Yogurt & fruit
Lunch: Turkey wrap
Dinner: Grilled teriyaki salmon with ginger rice & bok choy
Snacks: Peanut butter smoothie & celery sticks with peanut butter
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Cottage cheese & pineapples
Lunch: Loaded baked potato
Dinner: Chicken tacos with beans & quinoa
Snacks: Zucchini & carrot sticks with fat free ranch dressing & a berry protein smoothie
Thursday:
Breakast: Peanut butter & banana smoothie
Lunch: Egg salad wrap
Dinner: Steak with spinach & baked potato
Snacks: Apple with peanut butter & an orange
Friday:
Breakfast: Strawberry waffle and sausage
Lunch: Chicken & hummus pita
Dinner: Rosemary pork chops with peas & wild rice
Snacks: Banana protein smoothie & cottage cheese, cheese & cucumber sticks
Saturday:
Breakfast: Smoothie
Lunch: Peanut butter sandwich, banana & yogurt
Dinner: Take out
Sunday:
Breakfast: Zucchini or banana bread & a banana
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Baked macaroni & cheese, buttered corn & sweet cornbread
