Menu Plan Monday



Monday:
Breakfast: Yogurt with fruit
Lunch: Chicken salad in pocket bread
Dinner: Scallop stuffed baked white fish with newburg sauce, baked potatoes & broccoli

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs & toast
Lunch: Potato broccoli mandarin salad & scallops
Dinner: Grilled steak with mushroom/onions, broccoli casserole & salad

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Berry dazzling pudding
Lunch: Open faced grilled cheese/tomato/onion sandwich
Dinner: Tuscan chicken & salad

Thursday:
Breakfast: Egg, cheese & sausage on english muffin
Lunch: Egg salad sandwich
Dinner:  Haitian voodoo kebabs & salad

Friday:
Breakfast: Fruit & yogurt parfaits
Lunch: Macaroni salad
Dinner: Grilled cheeseburgers & grilled garlic squash spears

Saturday:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs & potatoes
Lunch: Potato broccoli mandarin salad , tortilla chips & salsa
Dinner: Take out

Sunday:
Breakfast: Fruit & cream waffles
Lunch: Husband will make
Dinner: Brats & salad

  1. I'm stopping by for a visit from Organizing Junkie today.
    It's another 107 degree day in Las Vegas. Man! Am I looking forward to cooler temps. Unfortunately, we don't usually start cooling down till late September or October.
    Your menu for the week sounds delicious!
