Lunch: Salad with hard boiled eggs
Dinner: Grilled chicken, rice & veggie

Tuesday
Breakfast: Egg McMuffin
Lunch: Egg salad wrap
Dinner: BBQ pork spareribs, green beans, rosemary & garlic potatoes

Wednesday
Breakfast: Banana muffins
Lunch: Veggie & cheese omelet & toast
Dinner: Chicken parm, salad & garlic bread

Thursday
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Chicken wrap
Dinner: Pan fried fish nuggets, italian marinated squash

Friday
Breakfast: Muffins
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Homemade pizza

Saturday
Breakfast: Coffee cake
Lunch: BLT's
Dinner: Mega meatball sub

Sunday
Breakfast: Blueberry pancakes
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Honey chipotle chicken, salad
