Menu Plan Monday

Monday:
Breakfast: Cereal & a protein smoothie
Lunch: Grilled cheese & salad
Dinner: Chicken vegetable stew & cornbread

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Eggs & toast
Lunch: Leftover chicken vegetable stew
Dinner: Healthy loaded nachos & chocoalte molten lava cakes

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Southwestern egg scramble
Lunch: Taco salad
Dinner: Grilled steak, baked potato & salad

Thursday:
Breakfast: Cinnamon raisin bagel
Lunch: Egg salad sandwich
Dinner: We are going out to dinner with my parents

Friday:
Breakfast: Egg & cheese sandwich
Lunch: Spinach dip bread bowls & salad
Dinner: Pork chops, scalloped potato casserole & biscuits

Saturday:
Breakfast: Homemade toaster strudels
Lunch: Leftover scalloped potatoes & a salad
Dinner: Take out

Sunday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal or muffins
Lunch: Husband will make
Dinner: Bacon spinach rotini
