Menu Plan Monday

Monday:
Breakfast: Cinnamon raisin bagel & a smoothie
Lunch: Tuna melt
Dinner: Honey mustard pork scallopine, rice a roni, corn & brownies

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Fruit & a protein bar
Lunch: Soup & a peanut butter sandwich
Dinner: Sesame chicken, pasta, broccoli & leftover brownies

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Muffins & a smoothie
Lunch: Baked potato & apple slices
Dinner: Corn chowder, biscuits & chocolate chip cookies

Thursday:
Breakfast: Morning sunrise
Lunch: Grilled cheese
Dinner: Grilled chicken, au gratin cabbage & cupcakes

Friday:
Breakfast: Pancakes & a smoothie
Lunch: Corn chowder
Dinner: Baked tater tacos & fudge ripple cake

Saturday:
Breakfast: Cinnamon apple breakfast quesadillas
Lunch: Chicken salad wraps
Dinner: Leftovers from the freezer & leftover cake or cupcakes

Sunday:
Breakfast: French toast or waffles
Lunch: Egg salad sandwich
Dinner: Grilled pork w/pear salsa & leftover cake or cupcakes
