Beef-n-Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
2 c. chopped broccoli (steamed or frozen)
2 cups cooked rice
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 small onion, chopped
butter
1 pound ground beef or turkey
 
 
Directions:
Saute the onion in butter, add the ground beef or turkey, cook until no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 2 qt casserole dish, bake at 350 for 30 minutes
