Monday:
Breakfast: Cereal & fruit
Lunch: Chicken parm sandwich & baby carrots
Dinner: Chili, cornbread & salad

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Omelet & toast
Lunch: Leftover chili
Dinner: Ginger vegetable pork stir fry

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Blueberry muffins
Lunch: Egg salad sandwich
Dinner: Quesadillas

Thursday:
Breakfast: Toast & jam
Lunch: Salad
Dinner: Pepperoni casserole

Friday:
Breakfast: Breakfast pie
Lunch: Leftover pepperoni casserole
Dinner: Crab stuffed baked fish, baked potatoes & veggie

Saturday:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs & home fries
Lunch: Soup
Dinner: Take out

Sunday:
Breakfast: Eggs & toast
Lunch: Grilled cheese
Dinner: Grilled chicken, cauliflower with cheese & salad
