I found this wonderful bread recipe at The Cutting Back Kitchen.
 
Light Oat Breat-Bread Machine

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 1/2 pound loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to bread machine pan in order recommended by your manufacturer. Use regular light setting.
