Menu Plan for the Week of May 3rd
I did pick up a few groceries last night but this week is a "clean out as much as we can" kind of menu.
Sunday
Brunch
Chicken parmesan bowl, pasta and veggies
Breakfast:
Choice of cheesecake "toast", eggs, pancake bowls, yogurt bowls, muffins from freezer, fruits
Lunch:
Leftovers or sandwiches
Monday
Steak, potatoes, and veggies
Tuesday
Chicken broccoli rice casserole from the freezer
Wednesday
Chicken sausages, protein mac & cheese and veggies
Thursday
Air fried chicken, veggies and bread with butter
Snacks/Desserts:
Protein crumbl dupe cookies
Cheesecake yogurt bowls
Blended cookies & cream chia pudding
Quest chips
Quest cheez-its
Beef sticks
Cottage cheese with everything but the bagel seasoning
Greek yogurt bowls
Ritz crackers with pb and chocolate chips
Hard boiled eggs
Crunchy edamame
Protein shake
Popcorn
Rice cakes
Pretzels
Any fruit or veggie
