Breakfast: Oreo cheesecake baked oats and berries
Lunch: Leftovers or sandwich with Quest chips
Dinner: Cheeseburger soup and homemade rolls or biscuits

Wednesday
Breakfast: Raspberry chia pudding
Lunch: Leftovers or sandwich with Quest chips
Dinner: Leftovers

Thursday
Breakfast: Sausage, bacon, potato egg bites and berries
Lunch: Leftovers or sandwich with Quest chips
Dinner: Air fryer chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli

Friday
Breakfast: Oreo cheesecake baked oats and berries
Lunch: Leftovers or sandwich with Quest chips

Saturday
Breakfast: On your own
Lunch: Any remaining leftovers or sandwiches/wraps
Dinner: Flex night.....go out, take out, copycat meal made at home
