Breakfasts:
Breakfast McMuffins and fruit
Chocolate sourdough muffins, scrambled eggs and fruit
Strawberry scones, greek yogurt and fruit
Zucchini carrot bread, scrambled eggs and fruit
Lunches:
Leftovers
Sandwiches with Quest chips
Dinners:
Sunday: Eating at my parents
Monday: Fish and salad
Tuesday: Gnocchi (or pasta) with chicken meatballs and sauce and a side salad
Wednesday: Pork chops, rice and carrots
Thursday: Air fryer chicken and cauliflower fried rice
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Flex night
Snacks/Desserts:
There's always fresh fruits and vegetables on hand
Greek yogurt bowls
Cottage cheese
Drizzalicious mini rice cakes
Ninja creami ice cream
