2025 Goals
Ok, as promised, here are my goals for 2025. I'm sure it's a growing list as I really didn't put too much thought into. Just some things I'd like to accomplish this year.
The number 1 thing is to have a no buy/low buy year. My freezer is so stuffed most of the time so I need to work on using what's in there before putting more in it. I usually get carried away when shopping and buy items I really don't need.
My no/low buy rules are:
No protein shakes -- I have bags & bags & canisters of protein powder so I need to use those up before buying anymore ready made shakes or even more bags/canisters. Unless it's vanilla flavored as I use that often
No face products except for restock -- I have so many different brands of the same item, such as moisturizers. No buying anything unless I have none left at all.
No clothing -- this will be more of a low buy but I really don't need anymore clothes. I should declutter and get rid of some. I will try to keep this at a real minimum
No shoes -- I probably have 50 pairs of shoes, sneakers, boots, etc. I really didn't buy any this past year but I do not need any shoes of any kind
No candles until all the ones I have are burnt out
Now, Amazon.......my monthly bills have been out of control so I need to reign that in. I do subscribe & save for a bunch of things that I do use every month but it's the other stuff I need to get under control. NO random ordering of things I don't need
I'm setting my grocery budget at $400 - $450 per month. I will aim for $400 but when there are special occasions, you do buy more than usual.
Like I said, I'm sure this will be a growing list. I think I'll leave it at this for now. I hope this helps you.
