Monday

Breakfast: Protein Pumpkin overnight oats for me and Blueberry cheesecake overnight oats for Mike

Lunch: Sandwiches, chips and cucumber and carrot sticks

Dinner: Pulled pork casserole with green beans


Tuesday

Breakfast: Egg, sausage and cheese breakfast wrap

Lunch: Leftover pork casserole

Dinner: Grilled chicken quesadillas with salad


Wednesday

Breakfast: PB&J overnight oats

Lunch: Leftover quesadillas

Dinner: Leftovers


Thursday

Breakfast: Egg, sausage and cheese breakfast wrap

Lunch: Sandwiches, chips and cucumber and carrot sticks
Dinner: Sausage and zucchini cauliflower gnocchi skillet


Friday

Breakfast: Apple cinnamon overnight oats

Lunch: Leftover gnocchi skillet

Dinner: Leftovers


Saturday

Breakfast: On your own

Lunch: Any remaining leftovers or anything needing to be cooked

Dinner: Dine or take out


Snacks:

Greek yogurt bowls with popcorn

Turkey sausage stick with cheese stick

Cottage cheese with drizzalicious mini rice cakes

Healthy apple crisp

Protein bar

There is always fresh fruits and veggies available
