Menu Plan for the Week of August 18th




Sunday
Brunch
Dinner: Yellow rice & zucchini ground turkey skillet and salad 

Monday
Breakfast: PB&J overnight oats
Lunch: Leftover turkey skillet
Dinner: Tex Mex beef & sweet potato skillet and salad

Tuesday
Breakfast: Cottage cheese egg bake and fruit
Lunch: Leftover skillet
Dinner: We're going to a concert so either I'll premake turkey & cheese pinwheels with some mini pretzels and berries or we'll grab something on the way or there

Wednesday
Breakfast: PB&J overnight oats
Lunch: Turkey & cheese pinwheels, mini pretzels and berries
Dinner: Healthy chicken lettuce wraps and cauliflower rice

Thursday
Breakfast: Cottage cheese egg bake and fruit
Lunch: Leftover wraps and cauliflower rice
Dinner: Cilantro lime grilled chicken bowls

Friday
Breakfast: PB&J overnight oats
Lunch: Leftover chicken bowls
Dinner: Leaving for Boston after work so we'll eat out

Saturday
We'll be in Boston for the weekend

Snacks for the week:
Carrot cake baked oat cups with greek yogurt
Cheese & turkey meat sticks with fruit
Cottage cheese and protein cheese crackers
Greek yogurt bowls and drizzalicious mini rice cakes
Protein peanut butter pie in a jar
Protein bars
There is always a variety of fruits and raw veggies in the fridge
