Menu Plan for the Week of December 10th




I didn't need much this week for groceries, obviously if you've been following me. I bought:
a bag of frozen broccoli
bunch of bananas
2 Roma tomatoes
2 sweet onions
2-32 ozs Oikos Pro greek yogurt
3 bags shredded italian cheese
2 bags shredded mozzarella cheese
small bag betty crocker sugar cookie mix
bunch of green onions
10 oz bottle soy sauce

I spent $35.61 and brings my total for December to $185.24, leaving $114.76. 

Now the menu!! 

Sunday
Brunch: Eggs, sausages, & english muffins
Dinner: Leftovers since there's plenty

Monday
Breakfast: Banana oatmeal muffins and cottage cheese
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Asian pork chops, brown rice and salad

Tuesday
Breakfast: Breakfast sandwich and fruit
Lunch: Leftover pork chops and salad
Dinner: Maple bbq chicken and broccoli

Wednesday
Breakfast: Greek yogurt parfait with fruit
Lunch: Leftover chicken and broccoli
Dinner: Philly cheesesteak pasta skillet and broccoli

Thursday
Breakfast: Banana oatmeal muffins and cottage cheese
Lunch: Leftover pasta skillet and broccoli
Dinner: Chicken parm pasta and herb roasted carrots

Friday
Breakfast: Greek yogurt parfait with fruit 
Lunch: Leftover chicken parm pasta and carrots
Dinner: Air fryer tilapia and cauliflower rice

Saturday
There is no plan for Saturday's. We use up, eat up and eat out

Snacks for the week:
Crunchy edamame 
Cottage cheese
Greek yogurt
Banana muffins
Apples
Grapes 
Bananas
Carrot sticks
Graham crackers with sugar cookie dip
Protein smoothie
Deli turkey roll ups
