I didn't make a complete menu this week.
I'm cleaning out the freezer this week.
We have a few packages of chicken, ground turkey, Italian sausages, perdue shortcuts chicken, ground pork and a homemade sauce with meatballs and sausages.
We're having the spaghetti tonight with a salad and garlic bread.
Breakfasts will be strawberries & cream overnight oats, pumpkin pancakes or apple pie yogurt parfaits
Lunches will still be leftovers or sandwiches with salad
Snacks will be hard boiled eggs, protein bars, pumpkin cheesecake mousse, mini pumpkin protein pies, clementines, bananas, berries, raw veggies, cottage cheese, popcorners
