Lunch: Leftover fettucine alfredo
Dinner: Tuna casserole
Tuesday
Breakfast: Blueberries & cream overnight oats
Lunch: Leftover tuna casserole
Dinner: High protein chicken BLT
Wednesday
Breakfast: Hashbrown egg muffins & strawberries
Lunch: Leftover blt's
Dinner: Ground turkey quesadillas & salad
Thursday
Breakfast: Blueberries & cream overnight oats
Lunch: Quesadillas
Dinner: Buffalo chicken pasta & salad
Friday
Breakfast: Hashbrown egg muffins & clementines
Lunch: Leftover pasta & salad
Dinner: BBQ chicken kabobs & Broccoli
Saturday & Sunday
Breakfast: Whatever we grab, smoothie, eggs & toast or we go out
Lunch: We usually don't have beacause we have breakfast so late
Dinner: Saturday's are usually cookouts & Sunday is whatever we feel like
Snacks for the week: Clementines, cucumbers, PB cup protein fluff, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, Quest peanut butter cookie
