Menu Plan for Week of June 19th




Monday
Breakfast: Believe it or not chocolate chip cookies with coffee & heavy cream
Snack: Salted caramel creamy oolong with a bowl of strawberries
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with mustard, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, dill pickles
Snack: Greek yogurt
Dinner: Meatloaf with bacon mashed cauliflower and a side salad

Tuesday
Breakfast: Apple cinnamon crockpot oatmeal and collagen tea
Snack: TrimQuik
Lunch: Leftover meatloaf with melted cheese on top and a side salad
Snack: Veggies wrapped with deli meat
Dinner: Mac and cheese, heavenly chicken and green beans

Wednesday
Breakfast: Sweet potato hashbrowns and eggatable scramble
Snack: Collage berry whip and hot tea
Lunch: Salad with leftover heavenly chicken in it
Snack: Peanut junkie butter on banana slices with a chai tea shrinker
Dinner: Taco salad

Thursday 
Breakfast: Chocolate skinny chip muffin with fresh strawberries and coffee with heavy cream
Snack: Deconstructed deviled egg
Lunch: Joseph's pizza
Snack: Peanut junkie butter on banana slices and a chai tea shrinker
Dinner: Enchilada wonder casserole topped with sour cream, avocado and black olives with a huge side salad
Dessert: Cocoa wonder wraps

Friday
Breakfast: Bust a myth banana cake with greek yogurt and blueberries
Snack: Peanut junkie butter with apple slices
Lunch: Leftover enchilada wonder casserole with a side salad
Dinner: Nacho stuffed peppers with a huge fresh salad topped with whisps and avocado
Dessert: Small bowl of berries with a little whip cream on top

Saturday
Breakfast: Nana's fluffy omelet and coffee with heavy cream
Snack: Leftover bust a myth banana cake
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with mustard, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, dill pickles
Snack: Volcano mud slide muffin
Dinner: Chicken jalapeno popper soup with sour cream, bacon, shredded cheese and whisps
Dessert: Volcano mud slide muffin (YES again lol)

Sunday
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with sauteed spinach, slices of bacon and coffee with heavy cream
Snack: Easy chocolate milk
Lunch: Choco chip baby frap
Snack: Greekie swirl with sugar free chocolate syrup
Dinner: Wipe your mouth bbq on a sprouted bun, baked potato sweet fries and coleslaw
Dessert: Mangosicle
