Menu plan week of May 8th




Monday:
Breakfast: Savory protein muffins & trimmaccino rich
Snack: deli meat slices with laughing cow cheese wrapped around red pepper slices
Lunch: Tuna salad on pita bread & baby frap
Snack: Mini cheesecake with all fruit preserves and redi whip & trimmaccino
Dinner: Chile relleno casserole, salad with oil based dressing & roasted veggie medley
Dessert: Peanut powder pudding

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Apple cinnamon greek yogurt swirl
Snack: Lemon mousse
Lunch: Leftover cassserole
Snack: Fat stripping frappa
Dinner: Pizza casserole and salad with dressing
Dessert: Muffin in a bowl or chocolate cake

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Mini cheesecake with fruit preserves & reddi whip and trimmaccino rich
Snack: Baby frap
Lunch: Leftover casserole and salad
Snack: Light rye wasa crackers with laughing cow cheese, cucumbers and slimming chocolate milk
Dinner: Mexican style chicken over cauliflower rice topped with shredded cheese & sour cream
Dessert: Skinny chocolate

Thursday:
Breakfast: Overnight oats with berries & yogurt and trimmaccino light
Snack: deli meat slices with laughing cow cheese wrapped around red pepper slices
Lunch: Leftover chicken & cauli rice
Snack: Crackers with laughing cow cheese & cucumbers 
Dinner: Fried, breaded cod and pea salad
Dessert: Peanut power pudding

Friday:
Breakfast: Peach whip
Snack: Crackers with laughing cow cheese and deli meat
Lunch: Leftover cod and salad
Snack: Chia tapioca pudding and trimmaccino hot chocolate 
Dinner: Just like campbell's tomato soup and grilled cheese
Dessert: Chia tapioca pudding

Saturday:
Breakfast: Trim healthy pancakes, greek yogurt with berries or preserves and trimmaccino light
Snack: Greek yogurt with preserves 
Lunch: Leftover soup
Snack: Cake in a mug with preserves and reddi whip
Dinner: Take out or cookout
Dessert: lemon mousse

Sunday:
Breakfast: Fried eggs, bacon and trimmaccino rich
Snack: Cucumbers
Dinner: Basic Quiche and salad
Dessert: Undetermined
