Menu plan for the week of March 26th


Breakfasts:
Overnight oats with berries and hard boiled eggs
Greek yogurt with fruit
Cottage cheese with fruit
Protein pancakes with fruit

Lunches:
Leftovers
Salad with protein
Tuna sandwich with veggies

Dinners:
Sunday: Tomato basil soup with rosemary olive oil bread
Monday: Honey garlic chicken, pan seared broccoli and crispy cauliflower rice
Tuesday: Ground beef taco quesadillas with toppings
Wednesday: Chopped BLT salad
Thursday: One pan buffalo chicken sweet potatoes and a side salad
Friday: Easy weeknight stir fry using up what ever is left in the fridge 😊
Saturday: Go out or take out
