Have I always had control of my health? No.
Have I always known what I needed to do to reach my goals? Also no.
I mean… I knew in the general sense that I should eat better and workout more, but did I know what would actually work best for ME and my specific goals? No.
When I first started focusing on my health, I was alllll about the calorie count
Did it matter how I got to my end goal? Definitely not.
I wasted SO much time doing things that were never going to work long-term. And now friend, I’m here to save you from that same fate!
Just because you eat "healthy" doesn't mean you're getting all the minerals your body needs to function optimally
Before I started to understand HOW my body worked, I was just throwing Band-Aid solutions at it hoping that something would stick.
Knowing what my body needed and finding the tools that targeted THAT was a game changer. And let me just say, I feel like a new woman.
