I know I’m not alone in saying that things can get hardddd when schedules change and you feel like you have a million new things being thrown at you to figure out…
But what if instead of letting it get the best of us this month, we take ADVANTAGE of this time and start creating new routines and healthy habits!
Too many times we play the, “It’s a busy season right now. I’ll start prioritizing my health & wellness when things slow down.” And here’s the thing… As much as we want it to, it never slows down. NEVER. This is our life as adults now.
