Okay friends,
I’m all about getting right to the point so here it is… 10 things you should immediately stop wearing in May.
1-10: The weight of other people’s expectations and opinions of you.
Yup… that’s it! That’s all I’m asking you to get rid of next month.
I’m inviting you to join my May challenge group/30 days to healthy living group/nutrition challenge/clean week challenge/workout challenge and to bring everything else along with you - Your goals, biggest dreams, strengths, challenges… everything.
Because those are all things that make you, YOU. Not what other people think of you!
Are you ready? We can get you started in quick steps:
Step – Answer just a couple simple questions by replying to this email!
What’s your #1 health and wellness goal you want to achieve in May?
On a scale of 20-60 minutes, how much time can you allot for working out throughout your typical week?
*Your answers will help me pick the perfect fitness and nutrition program to fit your goals and lifestyle!*
Step – Get plugged into my Accountability Group! Here’s just a quick sneak peek of what you can expect in the group:
Recipes, recipes, recipes! Forget the boring chicken and broccoli - We love trying new, flavorful, healthy recipes and following a professionally created meal plan!
Daily tips, support, and motivation - When you join the group, we take out all the guesswork of what you have to do to reach your goals. I’m always there, along with all my other challengers, to answer any questions and keep you accountable!
And workouts! Exercise isn’t a “one size fits all” approach. We’ll choose workouts and movement that you enjoy and makes you feel good, not something that feels like a punishment!
Wouldn’t it feel great to start fresh? No matter your fears or vulnerabilities, you always have a place!
See you in there!
Dawn
P.S. This is it! Last chance to get into May’s challenge group/30 days to healthy living group/nutrition challenge/clean week challenge/workout challenge before the doors close for another month! To help get you started ditching those fears and unwanted opinions from others, I totally recommend checking out the book, “I Am a Badass” by Jen Sincero. SO GOOD!
