Menu for week of 3/28

 


Breakfast: Choice of breakfast parfait or cottage cheese with fruit


Lunches: Leftovers


Dinners:

Monday: Slow cooker Beef roast and veggies

Tuesday: Southwest spaghetti squash casserole

Wednesday: Buffalo chicken casserole

Thursday: Big Mac salad

Friday: Slow cooker beef and broccoli

Snacks: Cucumbers, bananas, baby carrots with hummus


Weekends:

Eat up leftovers, use up anything before it expires and we go out/do take out once

Menu Plan for the Week of July 12th

I haven't planned an official menu yet. It has been a busy week and even busier weekend. It may end up being a "wing it" kind ...
