Slow going

Not much better today but a little bit. I've been in a funk the past few days and having a hard time getting out of it.

12 minute HIIT workout
Go for a walk -- went for a 20 minute walk
Get 5,000 steps -- 7,668
Drink 32 ounces of water -- 44 ozs
Eat one serving of vegetables or fruit -- had shakeology for breakfast with blueberries in it
Complete daily routines each day
Today's chores:
Sweep & mop all floors
Vacuum living room area rug
Clean mirrors & windows
(If I manage to get those done, try & get some of the past two days tasks done)

Laundry: lights & darks
