Bad day

I did get my reports done for work. But when I got home from work, I received a letter that upset me very much so didn't get anything done for the rest of the day.

12 minute HIIT workout
Go for a walk
Get 5,000 steps -- 6,277
Drink 32 ounces of water -- 16.9 ozs
Eat one serving of vegetables or fruit -- had a banana with lunch
Complete daily routines each day
Today's weekly chore list in the Kitchen:
Clean out refrigerator
Clean counters & appliances
Organize a cabinet
Sweep & mop floor

Laundry: lights
