Creamy Rice Pilaf
Recipe Introduction
If using a rice steamer, use 2 cups water.List of Ingredients
1 beef bouillon cube2 1/4 C. boiling water
1 C. regular long grain rice
1 C. carrot slices
2 T. scallion slices
1 T. margarine
1/2 tsp. dillweed
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
2 T. mayonnaise
