Menu Plan Monday


Monday
Breakfast: Ham & cheese breakfast melt, blueberries & yogurt
Lunch: Turkey wrap, carrot & celery sticks
Dinner: Grilled chicken, broccoli, tomato slices & cottage cheese
Snacks: Apple, string cheese & hummus deviled eggs

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal, blueberries, hard boiled egg whites & yogurt
Lunch: Smart ones meal
Dinner: Chili & salad
Snacks: Celery with hummus & a peanut butter & jelly sandwich

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Eggs, clementine, toast & yogurt
Lunch: Veggie burger & fruit
Dinner: Asian chopped salad with grilled chicken & frozen yogurt
Snacks: Fruit smoothie & fruit

Thursday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with fruit & yogurt
Lunch: Tuna melt
Dinner: Portobello pizza & grapes
Snacks: Celery sticks with peanut butter & fruit

Friday:
Breakfast: Yogurt parfait, bacon, & a hard boiled egg
Lunch: Greek salad
Dinner: Pork stir fry with garlic broccoli, rice, cottage cheese & fruit
Snacks: Yogurt, fruit, sliced turkey & fruit

Saturday:
Breakfast: Omelet, strawberries & yogurt
Lunch: Smart ones meal & salad
Dinner: Not sure yet
Snacks: Hard boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, olives, apple with peanut butter

Sunday:
Breakfast: Bagel with cream cheese, fruit & yogurt
Lunch: Not sure
Dinner: Grilled fish, rice, spinach & yogurt with fruit
Snacks: Banana smoothie & a clementine
