- 2 lbs ground beef, or stew meat
- 2 med. onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 1/2 tsps salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup beef bouillon
- 3 Tbsps tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream, mixed with 4 Tbsps flour
- Brown beef in large skillet; add onions, garlic and
mushrooms.
- Saute until onion is golden brown.
- Put in crockpot and stir in all remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low 6 to 8
hours.
- Serve over hot buttered noodles or rice.
