Happy Sunday!! A new week, a new menu plan!!! But first, groceries and my budget ha ha ha
I spent $220 yesterday on groceries. WHAT?? LOL. Half of it was spent stocking back up on items from the warehouse club.

Ok, on to the menu:
Sunday
Brunch: Scrambled cream cheese eggs and sausages
Dinner: Leftovers, need to get them eaten before they go bad
Monday
Breakfast: Protein pancakes, cottage cheese and fruit
Lunch: Leftovers if any left, if not, tuna salad and veggies
Dinner: Creamy lightened up chicken gnocchi soup
Tuesday
Breakfast: Breakfast burritos and fruit
Lunch: Leftover gnocchi soup
Dinner: Ham & turkey sliders and salad
Wednesday
Breakfast: Protein pancakes, cottage cheese and fruit
Lunch: Leftover sliders and salad
Dinner: Loaded turkey burger bowl with special sauce
Thursday
Breakfast: Breakfast burritos and fruit
Lunch: Leftover burger bowl
Dinner: Air fryer cheeseburgers and veggies
Friday
Breakfast: Protein pancakes, cottage cheese and fruit
Lunch: Leftover burgers and veggies
Dinner: Crockpot lasagna soup, salad and homemade italian bread
Saturday
Breakfast and lunch you are on your own
Dinner: Take out or go out

Graham crackers with sugar cookie dip
Carrot sticks
Cottage cheese
Greek yogurt
Single serve blueberry cobbler
Crunchy edamame
